Build one vtree for the whole formula from a spec, such as "portfolio".

§Errors

  • Error::VtreeSpec: spec is not a spec of vitri’s grammar, or the construction failed, as it does for a formula with no variables.
  • Error::Environment: a VITRI_* vtree-selection setting in the environment is invalid.
