tddlog: exact inference for ProbLog
Pick an example or write a program in the Datalog fragment of ProbLog, and press Run: tddlog grounds it, compiles it bottom-up into tree decision diagrams with the tididi library, and gives each query's exact probability. It runs in this tab and nothing is uploaded. The same solver is a Rust crate with a command-line tool; the code is on GitHub, and the guide, the results against ProbLog, Ace, Merlin, Dice, Alea.jl and the other systems, the API documentation and the Python and C bindings' pages are on this site.
From the release run, against Ace and Merlin on Bayesian and Markov networks, ProbLog, PITA and aspmc on logic programs, and Dice, Alea.jl and Roulette on the programs of their papers, every answer of tddlog's checked against a reference: the plots, the tables and the findings.
Ctrl+Enter runs the program. query/1 asks
for a probability, evidence/1,2 conditions on an
observation.
